As part of the engineering building systems utility team, you will oversee the seamless operation and maintenance of airfield systems and facilities. Your work will help maintain and enhance the efficiency of critical infrastructure while driving innovative solutions for the future of facilities management. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain the Energy Management System (EMS) and Water Management System (WMS), tracking and reporting airport-wide energy and water use in real time. Ensure the functionality and cybersecurity of the EMS and WMS, including end‐of‐life replacement cycles for hardware and software. Collaborate with stakeholders to set up EMS and WMS hardware as needed to monitor required data. Execute preventative and breakdown maintenance for airport facilities and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety regulations. Administer maintenance contracts, monitor contractor performance through KPIs, and certify completion of works per contractual agreements. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Additions & Alterations (A&A) and minor repair projects, managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Develop technical specifications, prepare and evaluate tenders via the SESAMi procurement system, and recommend contract awards. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication. Drive continuous improvement in facilities management through innovative and practical solutions to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and productivity. Lead digital transformation efforts in facilities management, leveraging emerging technologies such as robotics, AI, ML, and automation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, infrastructure maintenance, or electrical engineering (Candidates with less than 5 years of experience are welcome to apply if they have relevant experience). Proven experience in managing stakeholders, contractors, and multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record in project management. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions efficiently. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non‐technical stakeholders. Self‐motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM.
