Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive to lead our Licensing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating products, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. This role offers a fast-paced growth opportunity for someone passionate about F&B.

The Executive will maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage procurement processes, and coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary product licenses and certifications.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Sourcing Quality Products
  • Negotiating Pricing and Deliveries
  • Conducting Market Research

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Executive will work on improving procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. They will use data analysis to track and report on sourcing costs and supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration support.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
