  • Salary: Up to $3,200 per month

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QMS Inspector to support compliance-related administrative functions. The role includes:

  • Reviewing documentation for completeness of work processes.
  • Conducting inspections to ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Preparing reports on documentation checks, compliance, and trend updates.
  • Developing and tracking follow-up actions for non-compliant findings.
  • Supporting the management of feedback, enquiries, appeals, and disputes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all audit activities, findings, recommendations, and follow-ups.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, recording, dispatch, and customer service, as required.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Preferably possess WSQ Graduate Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health and relevant ISO auditor certifications.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, i.e., ISO 9001 principles and other relevant quality standards
