About the Role:
Site Operations & Maintenance – Oversee daily site activities, coordinate FMC teams, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure smooth facility operations.
Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to health, safety, and building regulations, managing emergency repairs and risk assessments.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Stakeholder & Customer Management – Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, address customer service issues, and ensure service quality.
Leadership & Support – Assist in office operations, support the Director, and take on additional responsibilities when required.
About You:
Minimally a Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services or any other relevant discipline
Has minimally 2 years of experience organizing, overseeing, and managing the FMC team, subcontractors, and maintenance programs using appropriate tools.
Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
