Associate Director . Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore with regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our CoSec function and its growth.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients.
Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties (for both listed and non-listed companies).
Advise clients on corporate secretarial matters.
Coach and review the work of junior team members to enable effective and efficient roles.
Provide excellent client service with prompt responses to requests and queries.
Attend board/committee meetings and record minutes.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key requirements:
Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB with 8-10 years’ experience in Corporate Secretarial, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a professional firm.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and SGX Listing Rules.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, and customer service skills.
Leadership qualities, team player attitude, proactive, with minimal supervision.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
