ACTRIS The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life‐threatening diseases. ACTRIS' vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular‐based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. We also provide value‐added services such as workforce training, regulatory facilitation and ancillary material standardisation, pertaining to delivery of cellular therapy to patients. What you will be working on Responsible for the site storage & inventory management including replenishment & inventory accuracy. Support material & supplier qualification process and ensure material management is in compliance with the GMP guideline. Manage and maintain material master list and approved vendor list. Coordinate the readiness of the production used materials & consumables and ensure continuous & timely release and supply of the GMP materials & indirect supplies. Develop and update standard operating procedures and forms in a timely manner and ensure timely execution and closure of compliance activities such as deviations, CAPAs, etc., and risk assessment for all the logistics activities. Secure the license to operate from local authorities (e.g., NEA Hazardous Substances) and comply with the licensing agreements (e.g., maintain all relevant duty exemption, transportation, and storage requirements). Design, manage and execute logistics ERP system and processes that are safe, quality‐driven, efficient, and effective. Responsible for operational safety of personnel. Ensure safe and compliance to transportation of regulated goods including Cold Chain in accordance with local regulations, cGMP, International Air Transport Association (IATA) and International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) requirements. Lead/build a culture of compliance, strong environmental, health, and safety performance. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to improve systems, processes, or internal/external performance. Educational Requirements Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent. Degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or similar is an advantage. Job Knowledge & Experience At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Supervisory experience in a Site Supply Chain Organization. Familiar with shipping documents like LC and custom regulations/procedures. Experience in GMP operation, healthcare/cold chain logistics is an advantage. Excellent planning, organising and negotiation skills. Experience with lean six sigma projects and change execution management. Strong team player with good interpersonal, written and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advance in Excel is advantage.
