Job Title: Aerospace Trainer
About the Role:
Aerospace trainers are responsible for delivering technical training to aerospace staff on various systems, procedures, and safety protocols. They must develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and course content aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular training sessions for aerospace staff.
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide certifications or improvement plans.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in an engineering-related discipline, such as NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma. Prior experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
