**Associate Trainers (Aerospace & Aviation Professionals)**

Mastereign Enrichment is one of Singapore’s leading holistic enrichment training providers. We partner with schools to deliver career exposure programmes that inspire students through real-world insights from professionals like you.

We are looking for **Associate Trainers** with aviation or aerospace experience to conduct engaging school-based programmes and workshops.

**Here’s the opportunity**:
Undertake a training role or be a guest speaker to introduce secondary school level students to future careers in the **Aviation Industry**:
Positions can include (but not limited to):

- Pilot/Captain
- Flight Attendant
- Aircraft Mechanic/Technician
- Air Traffic Controller
- Aerospace Engineer
- Aviation Safety Inspector
- Ground or Airport Staff
- Flight Dispatcher

**Your Role**:

- Training various students of different ages and ability, and in small or large numbers
- Training projects are mostly on weekdays, with the occasional weekend sessions - these are remunerated on an hourly basis
- Follow and adapt the prepared lesson plans/outlines accordingly
- Use appropriate teaching resources in an engaging manner
- Train students in the fundamental life skills and careers
- Inculcate an interest in learning and appreciation for different life skills
- Prepare students for a fulfilling and meaningful life
- Monitor students’ progress, & communicate with teachers on the students’ progress

**There are the desired certificates/qualifications**:

- Certificate(s) in the relevant discipline(s)

**Requirements**:

- MOE-Registered (we can advise/guide you on the registration process if you are not)
- Experienced in any of the following Elective Modules listed above
- Experienced in teaching
- Able to teach and engage all ages, especially secondary school students and in large numbers
- Able to work during school hours (7am - 6pm)
- Able to project a strong and positive image of him/herself and the company
- Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, creative, and possess a strong passion to inspire and instruct
- Passionate in teaching
- Confident & cheerful with a positive working attitude
