Senior Technical Consultant - DevOps Engineering
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in DevOps Engineering to join our global Cloud-native team. This role involves delivering Cloud-Native and SRE-focused solutions, leading client engagements, and shaping engineering practices to drive successful cloud transformations.

Responsibilities
Deliver DevOps and SRE engagements across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with design and architecture input.
Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native solutions; automate using APIs, CLIs, and SDKs; troubleshoot complex issues.
Lead and mentor teams on modern DevOps practices, ensuring readiness and safe deployment methods.
Develop and maintain runbooks, readiness reviews, and production-support documentation.
Engage with clients to build strategic relationships, manage expectations, and drive client outcomes.
Contribute to thought leadership and bring innovative engineering approaches to client projects.
Qualifications
Work Experience: At least 5 years in a DevOps or SRE role with a proven track record.
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud migrations and managing large-scale environments (100k+ users, multi-terabyte data).
Technical Proficiency: Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, cloud networking; SQL & NoSQL databases; Kafka; observability tooling.
Configuration Management: Proficiency with at least one CM tool (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Salt, Puppet).
Scripting & OS Knowledge: Proficient in Linux, Bash, and scripting; deep OS and networking knowledge.
Certifications: Required Terraform and Kubernetes; preferred cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, etc.).
Soft Skills: Strong client-facing communication, leadership, and the ability to drive strategy and engagement success.
