Primary Function

  • To raise awareness of product and build customer’s interest.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Daily Scope of Job:
Actively promote items such as ovens, vacuum cleaners, and cooking appliances to customers.
Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales.
Work in dynamic environments such as departmental stores and atriums.
Achieve monthly sales targets to earn attractive incentives and commissions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
2. Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job:
Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge.
Attend monthly sales meetings in the office.
3. Others:
Required to wear a uniform and maintain a neat and pleasant appearance.
Always perform with a pleasant and patient attitude towards customers.
4. Additional Duties:
Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Able to commit to weekdays and weekends (6-day workweek).
Enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers.
Sales-driven, with a passion for promoting quality products.
Willingness to work in different retail environments.
A team player who is proactive and highly motivated.
