Job Description:

Promote sales of IT Gadgets to achieve sales targets

·helping customers discover products that meet their needs while providing a friendly and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Sales Performance: Actively promote and sell our products, meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest product offerings and trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily and monthly sales goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
