Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and offering styling advice.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
Sales & Product Knowledge:
Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, brand offerings, and product knowledge.
Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
Visual Merchandising:
Help with the store’s visual displays, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines and visually appealing.
Maintain product presentation and stock levels on the sales floor.
Stock Management:
Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.
Organize and replenish stock on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented.
Help with inventory checks and stock rotation.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including fitting rooms and displays.
Ensure that the store is well-stocked and product availability is consistent.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the store manager and team members to meet store goals and objectives.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion, is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A passion for fashion and keeping up with industry trends.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights (e.g., boxes, stock).
