Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements in our aerospace engineering department.

This challenging role involves designing, optimizing, and implementing work orders, routings, BOMs, and operation sequences to meet aerospace quality standards.

  • Lead the development and implementation of process instructions for MRO activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote process harmonization and best practice implementation across MRO facilities.
  • Support the deployment and configuration of Solumina MES, including workflow design, user training, and post-deployment support.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Rolls-Royce engine manuals and standards.
  • Strong understanding of overhaul/repair processes and workflow.
  • Hands-on experience in MRO shop floor activities related to engine maintenance and repair.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SAP and MES platforms.
