Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute exciting, multi-channel campaigns across e-commerce, social media, PR, digital marketing, CRM, and events - turning ideas into results and customers into loyal fans.

Skills Required:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to create content that aligns with these standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and detail-oriented approach to marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.
