Key Responsibilities:\
• Drive Customer Experience by providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations
• Establish strong relationships with customers through beauty knowledge sharing and excellent customer service
• Advocate for our loyalty program and introduce customers to our eCommerce platform to increase conversion and repeated purchases
• Meet sales targets by understanding customers' needs and recommending products and services
• Maintain a high level of beauty expertise and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and product launches\
