Job Title:
Beauty Ambassador

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Beauty Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle appointment bookings and customer inquiries via phone calls, messages and online booking platforms.
  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Manage reception duties such as processing payments and daily sales reporting using POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and waiting areas.

Requirements:
  • Min. 1 year experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • Proficient in using booking platforms and POS systems
  • Comfortable to travel to multiple outlets and work on weekends
  • Prior experience in beauty or wellness industry is highly advantageous
