Sales Executive We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to service key accounts and grow HSTMedical’s business amongst assigned retailers. In this role, you will plan,organise, drive and monitor sales and promotional activities, to achieve salesand profitability targets set out for the assigned key accounts. Key responsibilities: •Develop and implement key account strategies for assigned retailers based on anunderstanding of their needs, proposing solutions that align with both companyand customer objectives •Build and maintain close working relationship with the assigned accounts tounderstand operation and business needs •Undertake regular field visits to gather insights, monitor stocks, displays,build positive relationships at the store level and observe consumer/ shopperpurchase patterns. •Identify opportunities for product placement and increased visibility inassigned accounts. •Collaborate with marketing team to land marketing campaigns and initiatemonthly promotions to enable target achievement. •Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities andsales performance to sales manager and management team.
