Overview
Store Manager / Store Supervisor required in Singapore. You will lead the team to achieve short and long-term sales performance, including meeting turnover targets, profitability, and client database growth. You will motivate and guide the team, while nurturing their professional development. This is a position for Fashion, Jewelry & Watch retail with a prestige luxury partner.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the upkeep of the boutique at all times and ensuring visitors are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism according to store standards.
Lead client acquisition efforts, including converting walk-in clients and developing strategies to acquire new clients outside the boutique.
Ensure all team members actively use the boutique database and participate in marketing actions to achieve sales objectives (e.g., mailing, events, collaborations).
Enforce the discount policy and manage stock levels to ensure value remains within maximum coverage.
Coach the team, recruit new staff, and evaluate team members; assess training development needs.
Qualifications / Talent
8 years of retail experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent customer relations management skills with a solid client base.
Sound knowledge of watches and high jewelry is a definite asset.
Strong business sense of retail service and passion for retail operations.
Good knowledge of computer applications; proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and reporting.
Sales-driven and able to work under pressure.
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
