We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across key accounts in Singapore and the ASEAN region. This is a hands-on, hunter role focused on acquiring new clients and securing large, multi-year deals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT services sales, a consultative approach to client engagement, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of large-scale opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from qualification and proposal to pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage consultatively with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and position tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Expand the client base by opening new strategic accounts and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Present and promote services effectively through impactful proposals and presentations.
- Initially focus on the Singapore market, with plans to expand across Southeast Asia.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of annual sales and revenue targets.
- Acquisition of new logos and strategic accounts.
- Successful closure of large deals (SGD 50M+).
- Strength and depth of CXO-level relationships.
- Growth of the sales pipeline and client portfolio.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of professional experience in IT services sales within Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Proven success in solution selling (not just transactional sales) in areas such as systems integration, managed services, or software and services.
- Strong network and existing relationships with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to win large, complex deals and manage long sales cycles.
- Experience working with or selling to major system integrators i.e. IT services companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
