Overview Managing Director, Corporate Communications Consultancy (Singapore)MCG Talent is working with a leading consultancy in Singapore looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead their office. As a senior member of a global name, this role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing large teams, have a hands-on approach to client acquisition and retention, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational management of the team and office. Drive business growth through strategic initiatives Provide senior client counsel and maintain client relationships with corporate clients. Lead new business development efforts. Offer strategic advisory services to clients, and up-sell/cross-sell on other areas. Mentor and manage a team of exceptional professionals. Manage the firm's P&L and oversee growth of the team. Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in the agency environment, ideally in Singapore / APAC. Proven track record in managing large teams Strong background in client acquisition and retention Ability to provide strategic counsel to clients Experience in managing P&L Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience working in the APAC region Demonstrated success in driving business growth Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and international offices Does this role sound like you?
