We are proudly part of Japan Post —**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform A-Z task of sea import shipments.* Preparation of import documents prior to vessel arrival.* Ensure prompt release of shipment from carrier/co-loaders.* Timely follow up/coordinate/communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers and overseas offices).* Meeting customer’s specific clearance expectation and delivery timeline.* Maintain good relationship and excellent customer service level with customer.* Correspond and follow up with origin whenever required.* Handle dispute for customer and/or shipping lines.* Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the company.**KPI fulfillment:*** Billing Timeliness – 5 days upon vessel ETA* Billing Accuracy – 5% tolerance* Intercompany invoices – 7 days upon receipt* Auto Rate – 60%* Milestones update for Global
