Position: Executive, Plans & Development
Responsibilities
Execute effective monitoring of work plans and budgets while building a robust knowledge management system.
Assist in conducting regular horizon scanning on relevant strategic and operational matters.
Collect data points to assess potential implications and impacts on MINDS, and present findings to the Senior Management Team regularly, annually.
Support evidence-based trials, experiments, and projects relevant for strategic planning.
Conduct strategic reviews and analysis on the effectiveness of policies and programmes.
Assist in organization development activities, including knowledge management and change management.
Support in formulating work plan objectives, outcome measurements, and metrics.
Prepare initial drafts of reports, such as the FY report.
Gain exposure to SIGs (e.g., KM, CM, CapDev) and coordinate meetings, workshops, and content.
Support upcoming think tank projects in a supportive role.
Maintain shared folders for knowledge management.
Assist in coordinating and supporting strategic engagements and events.
Monitor and coordinate with departments to prepare dashboards for bi-monthly reporting.
Assist in drafting executive summaries.
Support the execution of MINDS' Annual Workplan Seminar, AGM, and management retreats.
Assist in logistics for Board and EXCO meetings.
Support other organizational processes to promote excellence.
Qualifications
Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., social work, service development, strategic work).
Other Information
Experience in social service sector work or volunteering is preferred.
