Our client is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of lifestyle and entertainment products. They are rapidly growing and are looking for an
HR Manager
to support their growth.
Support HR manager to oversee HR activities to enhance the entire work experience of company employees while adhering to the organization's rules, regulations, and legal obligations.
Employ and assist companies' workforce demands by constantly recruiting talent via innovative connections and platforms
Monitor employee hiring process as well as employee records and compensation while maintaining confidentiality
Oversee the productivity assessment that drive personnel development and ensure that the personnel information is updated and completed on schedule
Assist employees with HR issues by acting as a primary contact.
Ensure HR practices, procedures and policies comply with legal obligations
Accountable for all aspects of payroll, inclusive of CPF filing, NS wage claims, tax settlement, yearly IRAS filing and government paid leave
Confirm payroll precision and compliance on a monthly basis
Oversee HR functions and supervise our regional headquarters' external payroll providers
Job Requirements
At least Diploma in Human Resource Administration, Management or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience
Good knowledge with MOM, Employment laws and relevant regulations
Excellent communication skills and able to work in sociable environment
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Capable of overseeing confidential data and good organization skills
Capable of working independently
Comfortable and willing to be challenged in a high-growth, rapidly adaptive environment
Motivated in a fast-paced and adaptable working environment

Up to $7.5k
