We're forming a small foundational team that will design, prototype, and deploy the ground up rebuild of AI-First tech stack across the Group — from content operations to customer journeys. The Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with DevOps expertise, a hands‐on technical leader who will architect and build our AI-native technology stack from the ground up for a NASDAQ‐listed fintech leader transforming Greater Southeast Asia. This isn't a legacy stack migration. You'll design and implement a modern, cloud‐native platform (MongoDB, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Terraform, Lang-graph) purpose‐built for AI integration, intelligent automation, and exponential growth through AI capabilities. Using AI coding tools like Claude Code as your force multiplier, you'll build 3-5x faster than traditional development, establishing not just the technical foundation, but the AI-powered development culture that will scale across MoneyHero Group. Working directly with the CEO and the Odyssey core team, you'll define the blueprint for what an AI‐first engineering organization looks like. Senior Full Stack Developer will: Architect and build an AI-native full stack platform using Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend), with MongoDB as the primary database — designed from day one for AI model integration and intelligent automation. Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform — provisioning cloud resources, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure optimized for AI workloads and observability. Develop backend services, data pipelines, and automation scripts in Python that seamlessly integrate with AI models and enable intelligent, autonomous workflows. Master AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to build features 3-5x faster — architecting components, writing tests, generating documentation, and refactoring code at unprecedented velocity. You'll be the organization's exemplar for AI‐assisted development. Design systems architecture for AI integration — building APIs, data flows, and infrastructure that can scale as AI capabilities grow and evolve. Integrate with third‐party systems, AI services, and APIs while establishing patterns for observability, monitoring, and optimization of AI‐powered features. Establish development standards, testing practices, and deployment workflows that leverage AI tools — creating a culture where the team ships fast, learns fast, and scales efficiently. Mentor and collaborate with engineers, product, and data teams — teaching them how to leverage AI coding tools to accelerate their own development velocity. In this role, we are looking for someone with: Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor's or higher). 8+ years of full stack development experience, building and shipping production applications from frontend to backend to infrastructure, with a track record of leading technical initiatives. Strong proficiency in the core stack: MongoDB, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and Terraform. But more importantly, you learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving AI capabilities.
