Overview West Region Good Salary & Good Bonus Mon- Fri, Office HourJob Description Assess, identify, implement, coordinate and evaluate departmental nursing staffs’ continuing education, training and development plans to ensure provision of competent and quality patient care. Responsible for nursing staff induction, clinical education / training, in-service education, personal and professional growth. Collaborate with the nurse Managers/Clinicians and other health professionals on relevant staff development and in-service education. Assist in the preparation, review and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and clinical competency checklists for the department. Provides career counselling/coaching for all levels of nursing staffs’ professional development.
