With the key focus to expand community-based services, improving the employability of PWIDS, strengthening education, and engendering inclusive community living, MINDS offers a holistic range of services and programmes across the PWIDs' lifespan.These include schools, employment and training development centres, home-based care services and community-based services to cater to the physical, psychological, environmental and social needs of PWIDs. For more information, please visit Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. These programmes include drop-in services, community engagement, direct care services, Social Enterprises and Employment DevelopmentProvide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs for the programmes and activities within the ClusterProvide guidance, mentoring, supervision to the Asst Manager, Community Hubs on the management of their programmesOversee the budget planning and execution of the Community Hubs within the ClusterManage the use of resources allocated in the Community Hubs within the clusterReview funding proposals for delivery of services for the programmes in the Community Hubs within the clusterWork with the Senior Manager, Regional Hub to ensure that resources with the Cluster are optimised and allocated efficientlyDevelop programmes and services that activate and work with the community partners and resources that drive community interactions between clients and the communityRenew, develop and execute programmes which will enhance the quality of life of our clients, the caregivers and the communityQUALIFICATIONSDegree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experienceEffective and good interpersonal and communication skillsMotivated and able to work independentlyPassion to work with people with intellectual disabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
