Overview
An emerging high growth tech company is seeking for a Finance Specialist to join its finance team. This position calls for a finance professional who can balance precision with agility in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and internal reports
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
Manage external audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Strengthen internal controls and optimize accounting systems
Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, coming from technology or high-growth sectors
Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP)
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
