About Us: We are a growing used car dealership in Singapore focused on providing a transparent and hassle‐free car buying and selling experience. We are looking for a hands‐on and responsible Operations Executive to support daily dealership operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, and partners. Key Responsibilities: Handle LTA documentation, ownership transfers, and ensure timely completion of all paperwork. Coordinate vehicle deliveries, inspections, servicing, grooming, and logistics with workshops or vendors. Manage and update car listings on platforms such as sgCarMart, Carousell, and internal systems. Conduct basic vehicle checks and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy of stock records. Assist with customer appointments, test drives, and aftersales follow‐ups. Requirements: Minimum GCE O‐Level / Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field. Experience in the automotive industry or car dealership operations preferred. Strong understanding of LTA processes, car sales workflow, and documentation. Good communication and organisational skills. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. Possession of a Class 3/3A driving licence is a strong advantage.
