Global Supply Chain Director

Oversee and direct end-to-end supply chain operations across the APAC region, encompassing demand planning, purchasing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage regional supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives and goals.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for cost reduction, process improvements, and risk mitigation to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations, trade policies, and company standards through diligent monitoring and adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 3-5 years in a senior role within the APAC market, specifically within the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Proven expertise in demand forecasting, procurement, vendor management, and distribution planning, leveraging advanced analytical skills and technical tools.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive results-oriented initiatives and virtual teams across multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain management tools to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
