
Chat and Voice Bot QA Specialist

You are a detail-oriented and analytical Chat and Voice Bot QA Specialist who will be joining our Conversational AI team. Your main responsibility will be to evaluate the performance and quality of AI-driven chat and voice assistants. We are seeking an individual who possesses a high level of first-principles thinking, can assess bot responses effectively, has a good understanding of generative AI, and is dedicated to providing seamless user experiences.In this non-technical role, you won't be required to code, but you should have a foundational understanding of how conversational bots operate, how workflows are structured, and how to conduct systematic testing and evaluation.Your key responsibilities will include systematically testing chat and voice bot outputs for coherence, relevance, tone, factual accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. You will also be assessing conversation flows, user journeys, and usability across different platforms, developing diverse test scenarios, documenting bugs and improvement opportunities, ensuring AI responses align with user intent and brand tone, and collaborating on the definition of evaluation frameworks for bot performance and user experience.To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in chatbot/voice testing or a related field, strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset grounded in first-principles thinking, and familiarity with generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Bard, or Claude. Prior experience in QA, user research, product evaluation, or content moderation will be advantageous. Additionally, you should possess a basic understanding of conversation design, chat/voice interfaces, user journey mapping, the ability to write clear test documentation, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a curious, user-centric mindset focused on continuous improvement.,
