Job Title:
Temporary Staff at Checkpoints

We are seeking motivated individuals to support operations at Tuas and Woodlands Checkpoints.

Responsibilities include assisting Members of Public with Singapore Arrival Card submission, helping bus travellers use automated gates, and managing traffic at train checkpoints and bus halls.

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes:

  • Assisting members of the public with administrative tasks.
  • Providing guidance to bus travellers on the use of automated gates.
  • Managing traffic flow at train checkpoints and bus halls.

Working hours vary depending on shift assignment, but generally involve a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma / 'A' level / 'O' level / NITEC qualification.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with members of the public.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory roles.
  • Physical fitness to handle the scope of work.
  • A positive working attitude and team player mindset.
