Basic information: Industry: Metal Stamping Working hours: 5 days' work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)Salary UP $15,000Job scope: Develop and execute sales strategies locally and regionally to achieve targets, expand market share, and maintain client relationships. Lead and manage the Sales team , including training, performance monitoring, proposal preparation, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations. Drive business growth through identifying new markets, value-add projects, and presenting compelling value propositions to customers. Organize marketing initiatives , such as exhibitions, trade shows, presentations, and RFP/RFQ submissions, to promote the company and its products. Ensure quality service by providing technical support, after-sales service, and market insights to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness. Collaborate and report with internal teams and management, preparing sales budgets, executing plans, and undertaking overseas travel as required.
