About This Role

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective HR plans that drive business growth, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment process, oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote best practices, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Administrative Functions: Manage office operations, facilities, procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations to optimize resources and streamline processes.
