At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering, including projects with or without system installations. Proficiency in documenting business processes using Power Point or Visio. Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (Business Level/JLPT N1) are required to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with digital projects or technologies such as Robotics Process Automation, Success Factors, or Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
