Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Administer payroll, allowances, and benefits accurately and in compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Manage the C&B budget, reporting, and analytics to support management decisions and ensure cost efficiency. Coordinate performance appraisal, rewards, and staff recognition programs to enhance employee engagement. Handle employee tax planning and compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee staff welfare, benefits programs, and HR claims for accuracy and compliance. Support HR projects, reporting, and policy reviews to improve processes and competitiveness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR operations; banking or financial services experience preferred. Strong analytical and Excel skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
