Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Oversee Corporate Services and Real Estate (CSRE) operations across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global policies, standards, and compliance requirements. Manage the regional real estate portfolio, including lease strategy and negotiations, space planning, budgeting, design, fit-out, and construction projects. Lead budget planning, forecasting, and cost control for real estate, facilities, and corporate services functions to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial discipline. Direct and mentor office and facilities teams across multiple APAC locations, fostering collaboration, consistency, and operational excellence. Serve as the primary liaison with landlords, property managers, vendors, local authorities, and senior management, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. Drive real estate strategy and analytics, including occupancy planning, growth and contraction scenarios, and long-term portfolio optimization. Lead vendor management, procurement, and contract governance, ensuring high service quality, performance, and cost effectiveness. Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT, and Finance to deliver seamless office operations and support key business initiatives. Support business continuity planning, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives across the region. Requirements: Minimum 10–12 years of experience managing corporate real estate and facilities operations, with regional exposure across APAC. Proven track record in budget management, lease administration, vendor governance, and project delivery. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and influence at senior levels.
