Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support and communication to customers, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and on-site resolution;

  • Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, system upgrades, and performance optimization;

  • Conduct market and technology research to stay current with industry trends and support product improvement;

  • Deliver professional training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures;

  • Propose solutions to reduce costs and support the factory in cost-optimization initiatives;

  • Participate in additional projects as assigned by the company, including global technical service support.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, electronics, mechanics, or related technical fields;

  • Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes; 3+ years of working experience in a semiconductor fab or with a semiconductor equipment supplier. Hands-on process or application experience is a plus;

  • Experience with semiconductor metrology and inspection equipment is strongly preferred; experience in equipment maintenance or field service is a plus;

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for overseas technical support (e.g., South Korea, Southeast Asia);

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; Korean language skills are highly preferred for supporting Korean customers.
