What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition:
Curate, attract, and recruit top-tier creative professionals for full-time and part-time roles across a wide spectrum of creative disciplines.
Build and maintain a robust network of creative talent, including a diverse pool of freelancers, to address varied client needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, with a primary focus on full-time positions.
Adapt to fill in wherever needed, recognizing that client creative requirements can encompass all role types.
Manage contractual staffing needs, ensuring clients have access to the right talent for project-based work.
Client Servicing:
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all client talent needs, building strong relationships and understanding their unique requirements.
Provide comprehensive client servicing as the dedicated point of contact, encompassing relationship building, expert recruitment guidance, and strategic project management for each hiring initiative, ensuring successful and timely talent placements.
Contracts, MSAs, and Billing:
Collaborate with the accounts team to manage basic legal paperwork related to contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
What You'll Bring
4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in the creative and marketing fields.
Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles.
A strong understanding of marketing and advertising agency workflows,
