Job Description
We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our trading and research functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, providing insights to support business decision-making and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret market and economic data from various sources.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain databases, dashboards, and analytical tools.
Monitor industry and market trends, providing timely updates to the team.
Work closely with traders, analysts, and management on research-related projects.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of research outputs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with statistical/analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is an advantage.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
