Space Management Monitoring office utilization, managing room bookings, and coordinating office moves. Communication Communicating important updates and announcements to employees and clients, acting as a liaison between different departments. Employee Experience Supporting employee needs by providing information on office amenities, coordinating events, and gathering feedback to improve workplace experience. Client Service Addressing client inquiries and requests promptly, resolving issues related to facilities, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. Front-of-house Management Welcoming visitors, providing directions, managing reception area, and ensuring a professional appearance of the office space.
