Network/ AV Technology Engineer II Join the global Technology Engineer team at Capital Group, responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting audio-visual and network equipment in seven offices across Asia. Your tasks include maintaining and supporting these systems, performing regular maintenance and tests, and ensuring they meet company standards. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication Proven ability to create technical documentation Self-motivated, with an ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision At least 5 years of experience within a multi-disciplinary global IT environment Highly flexible, able to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours if necessary Able to achieve results in a pressurized environment Experience working in multiple regions and time zones with colleagues in North America and Europe Proven track record in participating in complex Audio Visual and networking projects Able to provide technological direction, guidance, and oversight to service provider partners A thorough understanding of troubleshooting, testing, analysis, and corrective action within global corporate Audio/Video and Network environments, with experience supporting and troubleshooting the following technologies: Cisco audio-visual systems (Cisco switches and routers)Crestron Video and Touch Panels (LogicMonitor)Shure Microphones (Structured cabling solutions)QSC Audio, Video, and Control Extron table connectivity hardware A positive if the following AV certifications are held – Degree in a relevant subject, CTS-D/I. A positive if the following IT certifications are held - CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician) and ITIL foundation. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus, plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
