Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Design Development Associate.
About the Role
In this role, you will assist project teams with guidance from senior architects and associates. Your responsibilities will include assisting the project team to complete projects on time, on budget, and according to client and authority requirements.
You will assist multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion under guidance. This includes assisting in the production of all drawings and BIM Model development required by the project, such as BIM Model, Submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built, etc.
You will also make submissions to authorities and ensure all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authorities for all submission matters as required under the supervision of seniors.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Entry-level knowledge in regulatory requirements
- Entry-level aesthetic and design sensibility
- Entry-level knowledge in technical detailing
- Entry-level contract administration and management
- Entry-level stakeholder management

Who Should Apply
Fresh graduates with an architecture diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture are encouraged to apply. Those interested in high-rise and landed residential projects in Singapore are particularly welcome to apply.
