About the Role
We are seeking a Design & Development Associate to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our clients as their bespoke design consultant to bring their jewellery designs to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery design (both either using procreate digital illustrations or hand drawn technical designs) and Digital CAD modelling and prototyping. This role will also manage the in-store counter bespoke bar experience to support walk-in client requests. Working hours are negotiable and is based on shift schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client bespoke consultations to develop detailed CAD models of jewellery pieces.
• Oversee the prototyping process, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Refine designs based on client specifications and feedback.
• Manage the design workflow from concept to final product, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in jewellery design and materials.

• Generate high quality 3D renders of jewellery designs to be ueed as brand marketing assets and collateral materials.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix Gold).
• Experience in jewellery design and development, with a focus on luxury markets.
• Strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and jewellery fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, bespoke pieces.
