Responsibilities Lead and drive all New Product Introduction (NPI)activities within the plant, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass production. Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory to manage product introduction activities, including packaging requirements. Create, review, and modify Bill of Materials (BOM)structures for assembly processes. Maintain and support Shop Floor Control (SFC)systems and SAP processes to ensure accurate production tracking and documentation. Apply in-depth knowledge of server and rack assembly processes to support product development and production readiness. Lead or participate in rack packaging design , ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer standards. Drive process improvement initiatives through Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. Provide production support during mass production runs , resolving issues to maintain quality and efficiency. Participate actively in ISO audits (internal and external), ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Requirements Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem‐solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Solid project management skills with proven ability to lead cross‐functional initiatives.
