JR30186 New Product Introduction Manager

As a Mobile Business Unit ( **MBU **) **New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager **at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be a part of a critical support team responsible for the communication and execution of product support plans. You will work closely with many cross functional Global teams, including, but not limited to, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, QA and all Marketing Organizations.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Work with manufacturing teams, Marketing Operations, Product Management and Sales to create and track program sample input, CRD(customer request date) and MAD(material available date) and ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Drive part number creation, maintenance and consolidation efforts
- Maintain and publish Marketing Part Number Decoders, Product SKU/Status Guides
- Manage product changes, transitions and end of life communication, plans and collateral (PCN’s/FCN’s/CCRs/GCSR and supporting activities)
- Manage schedule and part numbers for monthly marketing forecast updates
- Represent MBU as the central point of contact for any Back End changes proposed by the Manufacturing teams
- Attend and at times facilitate meetings with internal Manufacturing teams, Engineering teams, Client Marketing, Sales, cross BU and Executive Management
- Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translate into meaningful strategies for Sr. Management
- Ability to see the big picture while paying attention to detail
- Ability to align internal stakeholders within Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Sales
- Excellent understanding of native Micron business operating systems [SAP, TeamCenter, etc.] and processes
- Ability to work with stakeholders in other geographies or functions
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Intermediate to Advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access (or DB concepts)

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or other related discipline; Technical degree and/or MBA Preferred.
