Job Requirements:- To assist the HQ in the day-to-day operational issues and to coordinate and direct a team of engineering technicians to achieve their targeted uptime and quality works. Assist in the preparation of quotation documentation in accordance with the defined procedures to commission planned maintenance works. Responsible for the profitability of the department during quotations. Undertake investigations and enquiries in order to resolve complaints relating to operations matters, in accordance with policies. Assist in project management and handling over of projects. Supervise programs of works, carrying out inspections to ensure compliance with specification of work. Ensure works meet all relevant electrical and Health and Safety regulations, recording all instances of non-compliance. Issue work orders/ rectification notices to contractors to ensure that works are completed to specification and approved standards. Provide technical guidance on M&E installation and related issues to ensure quality of services and in compliance with relevant regulation. To ensure proper scheduling of the service & repair schedule as required in accordance with the contract. To supervise ad hoc jobs carried out by contractors/ own technician and ensure safety awareness and work scope are complied with. Provide quality information inclusive of technician performance and support to the Management in decision making, particularly in daily services. To comply with operations checklist. Any other duties as and when assigned.
