The Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who combines strategic insight with strong execution to lead the development and rollout of integrated campaigns that drive visibility, build brand equity, and support SDAX's growth.
In this role, you will shape how SDAX connects with key audiences, including investors, partners, and media, through compelling narratives and high impact multi-channel strategies. You'll collaborate closely senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that are both creative and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives, across SEO/SEM, email, social media, display, and content channels. Use data analytics to optimise performance and drive ROI.
Plan and manage client engagement initiatives, including targeted email campaigns, loyalty programmes, webinars, events, and feedback surveys to enhance client experience and retention.
Lead brand and communications efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external platforms. Oversee media relations, press releases, executive communications, and internal updates in collaboration with leadership and HR.
Manage social media presence, creating and curating content to build brand visibility and engagement across platforms. Monitor trends and analytics to refine strategy.
Oversee website and content management, ensuring a seamless, up-to-date, SEO-optimised web experience. Drive content production, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
Drive lead generation and customer engagement, leveraging automation tools, customer insights, and close collaboration with sales to enhance conversion and retention.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing outcomes.
Manage the marketing and communications budget, track campaign effectiveness, and report performance to senior management.
Who You Are
You are a smart, proactive, and adaptable marketing professional with a passion for the future of finance and the power of storytelling. You enjoy building things, from brand foundations to full-scale campaigns, and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. You're as comfortable writing a press release or building a deck as you are analysing campaign performance or brainstorming with a designer.
What You Bring
5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, and/or branding, ideally within finance services, fintech, capital markets, or technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms, CMS, and design tools
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Deeply curious, proactive, resourceful, results-oriented, adaptable and with a drive to build, improve and grow with the company
