We are seeking an experienced
Assistant Director / Deputy Director
to support strategic leadership, drive key initiatives, and oversee operational excellence across the organization. This role will work closely with senior executives to implement policies, manage teams, and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of organizational strategies and policies
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and project delivery
Support senior leadership in decision-making, planning, and resource allocation
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic projects and programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards
Mentor and develop middle management to build leadership capability
Represent the organization in high-level meetings, committees, and external engagements
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Management, or related field
8–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including managing teams and projects
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Proven ability to drive organizational change and deliver results
Experience in a public sector, corporate, or large organizational environment preferred
Must have the legal right to work in Singapore
