The Regional Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts within a specific region for a medical device company. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with regional sales channels and partners to achieve and exceed divisional sales targets. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be passionate about the medical device industry.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional sales channels and partners.
Identifying and qualifying potential new customers within the assigned region.
Managing the sales pipeline effectively and reporting on progress regularly.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing collaterals to increase brand awareness and execution of marketing campaigns.
Providing product training to distributors, physicians, nurses, and other hospital stakeholders, include preparation on training materials.
Maintain relationships with KOLs and customers, gaining insights through such interactions on needs, requirements, and challenges
Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the medical device industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft words/excel/PowerPoint and SAP.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
