Team player who can work in fast paced environment. Organise, detailed-oriented and hard working Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Candidates need to liaise with China supplier with writing or spoken in MANDARIN language. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: Generate new leads, qualify new opportunities for projects targeted at MNCs / new buildings or projects across industries (includes education, government, entertainment, large-venue and healthcare industries) and increase sales closing rate of qualified opportunities. Plan, implement and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting for project management execution. Preparation of tender document, quotation and follow up after sales services as well as ensure timely collection. Sales management including project report and execution of sales orders. Liaises with customers on technical advice. Understand and translate customer’s requirements and work closely with project provision in creation of solution proposal. Liaise with existing clients.
